Retail center at West Empire Avenue and North Victory Place. The city named it in the adopted development file for the former Lockheed site and again, with Town Center, Magnolia Park, and Downtown, in the FY2024-25 popular annual report. Sales tax is remitted by the tenants. Property tax follows the parcels. This record is the center, not a single taxpayer.
